Hi, I’m Becca!

I’m a strength coach who’s passionate about teaching women to get stronger, break through their plateaus, and finally take charge of their own health – all to be the best versions of themselves.

To start, I’m the queen of practicality – I like to work out and eat healthy, but I’m human and I like to have fun and enjoy myself. I’ve been an athlete my entire life and have been a victim of the 1200 calorie diets and hours of cardio. I was the girl who drank a lot of beer and ate entire pizzas. I’ve been the mom who was overweight and down on herself until one day I was over the half-assed programs that fitspos had to offer. 

I got certified, worked with hundreds of clients in person, then had followers from social media asking for help with a plan, and that’s where my online program began. All of my experiences led me to this opportunity to teach others to use a program that works the best for them. 

Health and fitness is not black and white, so what works for you may not work for the next person, and it might not work for you two years from now. That’s why I teach the foundations of health, which no matter what, clients can apply to their life and use in reasonable and practical ways.
