I saw one of Becca’s post on Instagram and I felt like my story related way too much to what she was posting about. I asked her if I could chat with her just to get some advice on what I was given by the instafamous girl and she welcomed me with open arms. I explained to her my apprehensiveness about eating more and lifting more and she said you have to trust me. So I did! It was like my body hit the reset button.

I fit my workouts into what my weekly schedule lets me. I lift to get stronger while genuinely enjoying her workouts and barely doing cardio. It’s the perfect combination of that crossfit “wod” I was looking for but also working on building my core foundational movements. The best part is WE work on adding more food into my life, not taking it away from me. My mental image of food is so much healthier. '

I find I don’t “punish” myself, and that leads to less binging on the weekends because “I think I deserve a reward”. 


After only 4 weeks of working with Becca my confidence is through the roof, I fit into my “skinny” pants again, and I now have a healthy relationship with food. If 4 weeks did this to me I cannot wait to see what 6 months looks like, or even a year. I would highly recommend Becca to anyone who wants to get rid of dieting, get strong, and better themselves in and outside of the gym.

At the beginning of 2019 I realized that it was time to focus on becoming a healthier person overall, which made me want to lose weight. I was successful with losing roughly 35 pounds on my own but I really struggled with what to do from there. My workouts were unorganized and I never really reached any fitness goals after that.

When I started considering a program like this I was apprehensive about having a coach because I didn’t want to feel like I needed to be in the gym 2x a day every day, and could only be on the most restrictive diet. As an airline pilot, my schedule changes constantly, and meals can be tricky to navigate, so coming up with a plan seemed daunting to me. A cookie-cutter plan would also simply not work too because of my hectic schedule. I needed guidance, and this program turned out to be perfect for my lifestyle. This program was adapted to EVERYTHING I needed, which made it extremely easy to incorporate into my life.

The program is always changing to fit different goals and Becca is fantastic about updating workouts and nutrition targets to meet any new objectives. For example, on the road, I don’t always have the ability to meal prep for every meal, and hotels I stay in might now have any gym equipment. In scenarios where I have to eat at a fast food restaurant, Becca will always help suggesting different meals and substitutions to still get the best possible nutrition. Whenever I can’t get to the gym, workouts get shifted around to days I’m not working, or at-home workouts get substituted to keep me on track! The longer I use the program, the more I have seen my habits change so that the program really just became a part of my routine.

The support system in place is great too, and every bump in the road is met with encouragement. It’s not just Becca too, it’s everyone that uses the program, which elevates successes even more and makes challenges easier to overcome. We can all communicate on a group forum, and Becca does a great job facilitating open discussions about goals, successes, challenges, meal prep ideas, and everything in between!

I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone who is looking for that next step! I didn’t know what to expect at all going into the program, but my only regret now is not starting sooner!

I began working with Becca after I gave birthed to my second daughter, I have been struggling with a workout routine that would be appropriate postpartum and needed a lot of help with my nutrition. I hoped to learn how to eat in a more healthy manner in order to reach my goal of returning to my pre-baby weight. Working with Becca, I was able to learn about macros and how I can eat EVERYTHING I want as long as it’s balanced and still reach my goals. I also learned that in order to succeed in the gym, you need to plan ahead and have a workout routine That is effective for you. The best part this program is that it’s designed especially for you, not for you and Susie but just for YOU. It puts in account what you need to succeed. Becca has always put in account how my life affects my training, especially my sleepless nights. She has even been aware of when I needed a break to focus on other things without making me feel like a failure.

Now I am still working on reaching my pre-baby weight but I have gotten so much stronger and leaner, I actually fit in some of my pre-baby jeans!

I would recommend anyone who is looking for a training that actually cares about you to work with Becca, she truly puts her clients needs before anything. I know she does this to truly help others and does it with so much care and love! By far the best program and trainer out there!
